Thank you for using the QR Code Scanner Master application (hereinafter referred to as "this Application")! To clarify the rights and obligations between you and the operator of this Application (hereinafter referred to as "we") in the process of using the services of this Application and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, please carefully read and fully understand this "QR Code Scanner Master User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") before using this Application. Once you use this Application, it shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this Agreement, please stop using this Application immediately.
I. User Rights and Obligations
(I) Rights
- Subject to compliance with this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations, users have the right to use all functional services of this software;
- Users have the legal right to process personal data generated during the use of this software, including the right to query, modify and delete such data;
- Users have the right to put forward reasonable suggestions on the service quality and functional experience of this Application and the right to obtain technical support;
- Users have the right to control their personal data, including the right to determine the data storage period and deletion method.
(II) Obligations
During the use of the services of this Application, you shall strictly comply with national laws and regulations and shall not engage in any illegal or irregular activities through this Application, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized access, tampering with or damaging the system data of this software and other users' information without permission;
- Spreading computer viruses, malicious programs or spam that endanger the security of this software or interfere with other users' normal use;
- Using this software to engage in fraudulent, pyramid selling, money laundering and other illegal and criminal activities;
- Violating any applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements or industry norms.
II. Data Processing
During the operation of this software, no data generated by users will be collected, including but not limited to intermediate data and result data in operations such as QR code scanning and creation.
- User data is only stored on the local device, and data reading, writing and processing are all completed locally without being uploaded to the cloud server. Users can view the data storage location and occupied space through the settings in the Application;
- If you uninstall this Application, the locally stored data will be deleted. It is recommended that you back up important information in advance.
III. Disclaimer
- To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that this Application fully meets your usage needs, that its operation is uninterrupted and secure without failures, nor do we warrant the absolute accuracy or reliability of the results obtained through the use of this Application. The functional design and service content of this Application are developed based on the existing technical level and market demand. We do not warrant that this Application fully meets all your personalized usage needs (such as the generation of QR codes in specific formats, full compatibility with a certain third-party software), nor do we guarantee that the application operation process is "uninterrupted, fault-free and absolutely secure" (such as QR code scanning delay caused by network fluctuations, application lag caused by insufficient device performance), nor do we guarantee that the results obtained through this Application are "absolutely accurate and absolutely reliable" (such as parsing result deviations caused by errors in the QR code content itself, scanning failures caused by poor lighting conditions).
- Any losses (such as data loss) caused by your own reasons (including but not limited to operational errors, device failures), or your own losses or third-party claims caused by your violation of the provisions of this Agreement, laws and regulations, or engaging in illegal and irregular activities through this Application, shall be borne by you yourself, and we shall not bear any liability for compensation.
- The third-party links contained in this Application are only provided for the convenience of users, and we shall not be liable for the security or legality of third-party services.
IV. Service Changes, Interruption or Termination
4.1 Service Changes
Due to factors such as business development needs, technical architecture upgrades or changes in laws and regulations, we have the right to adjust or optimize the service content, functional characteristics and performance of this Application. Relevant changes will be notified to you through in-application announcements, pop-up prompts and other channels. If you do not agree to the changes, you shall stop using this service immediately.
4.2 Service Interruption or Termination
We may interrupt or terminate the service without liability in the following circumstances:
- The service cannot be operated normally due to force majeure (including natural disasters, wars, government actions, network attacks, system failures, etc.);
- Necessary maintenance, upgrades or debugging operations are carried out to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system;
- You violate the provisions of this Agreement or engage in illegal and irregular activities and we take measures to stop the service in accordance with the agreement;
- Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
V. User Feedback and Complaints
- Users can submit feedback or complaints through the "Help Center" in the Application or the customer service email (support@zcfytech.com);
- We will reply to the feedback content within 3 working days. For complex issues, the processing time may be appropriately extended, but shall not exceed 7 working days at most.
VI. Dispute Resolution
The signing, effectiveness, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions). In case of any dispute between the two parties, they shall first try to resolve it through negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction.
VII. Other Terms
- This Agreement constitutes a complete agreement related to this service and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements;
- If any term of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other terms, and we will adjust the invalid term in accordance with the law;
- Our failure to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right;
- Modifications to this Agreement will be notified through in-application announcements, and continued use of the service shall be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
