Welcome to use the AI Cleaner-Clean Storage Space app (hereinafter referred to as "this app")! To clarify the rights and obligations between you and the operator of this app (hereinafter referred to as "we") in the process of using the services of this app and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, please carefully read and fully understand this AI Cleaner-Clean Storage Space User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") before using this app. Once you use this app, it shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all the contents of this agreement. If you do not agree to any term of this agreement, please stop using this app immediately.

I. User Rights and Obligations

Rights:

  1. Users have the right to use all functional services of this software on the premise of abiding by this agreement and relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Users have legal rights to process their personal data generated during the use of this software, and can check, modify and delete it.
  3. Users have the right to put forward reasonable suggestions on the service quality of this app and enjoy the right to obtain technical support.
  4. Users have the right to control their personal data, including the right to decide the data storage period and deletion method.

Obligations:

During the use of this app's services, you shall strictly abide by national laws and regulations, and shall not engage in any illegal or irregular acts through this app, including but not limited to:

  1. Unauthorized access, tampering or destruction of the system data of this software and other users' information without permission;
  2. Spreading computer viruses, malicious programs or spam that endanger the security of this software or interfere with other users' normal use;
  3. Using this software to engage in fraud, pyramid schemes, money laundering and other illegal and criminal activities;
  4. Violating any applicable laws and regulations, regulatory requirements or industry norms.

II. Data Processing

During the operation of this software, it will not collect any data generated by users, including but not limited to intermediate data and result data in operations such as photo management video processing, and contact sorting.

Data Storage and Backup:

  1. User data is only stored on local devices and will not be uploaded to cloud servers. Users can view the data storage location and occupied space through the in-app settings.
  2. If the user uninstalls this app, the locally stored data will be deleted. It is recommended to back up important information in advance.

III. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that this app fully meets your usage needs, do not guarantee that its operation is uninterrupted and safe without failure, and do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or reliability of the results obtained by using this app. We shall not be liable for any property losses caused by accessing and using this app, including but not limited to the loss of photos, videos, contacts and other data.

Third-party Service Statement:

  1. The third-party links contained in this app are only provided for the convenience of users, and we shall not be liable for the security or legality of third-party services.
  2. For service abnormalities caused by user equipment failures or software version incompatibility, we will try our best to assist in solving but shall not bear liability for compensation.

IV. Service Change, Interruption or Termination

4.1 Service Change

Due to factors such as business development needs, technical architecture upgrades or changes in laws and regulations, we have the right to adjust or optimize the service content, functional characteristics and performance of this app. Relevant changes will be notified to you through in-app announcements, pop-up prompts and other channels. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using this service immediately.

4.2 Service Interruption or Termination

In the following circumstances, we may interrupt or terminate the service without liability:

  1. The service cannot operate normally due to force majeure (including natural disasters, wars, government actions, cyber attacks, system failures, etc.);
  2. Necessary maintenance, upgrading or debugging operations are carried out to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system;
  3. You violate the provisions of this agreement or engage in illegal and irregular activities, and we take measures to stop the service in accordance with the agreement;
  4. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

V. User Feedback and Complaints

  1. Users can submit feedback or complaints through the in-app "Help Center" or customer service email (support@zcfytech.com).
  2. We will reply to the feedback within 3 working days. For complex issues, the processing time can be appropriately extended, but it shall not exceed 7 days at the longest.

VI. Dispute Resolution

The signing, effectiveness, performance and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions). If a dispute arises between the two parties, it shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction.

VII. Other Terms

  1. This agreement constitutes a complete agreement related to this service and replaces all previous oral or written agreements.
  2. If any term of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other terms, and we will adjust the invalid terms in accordance with the law.
  3. Our failure to exercise the rights in this agreement shall not be deemed as a waiver of such rights.
  4. Modifications to this agreement will be notified through in-app announcements, and continued use of the service shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms.
